Provider Terms

These additional terms apply when a business, organization, or professional claims, creates, updates, advertises, or manages an InmateLink listing or provider workspace.

1. Authority and eligibility

  • You are at least 18 and have authority to act for and bind the provider associated with the account or listing.
  • You will use the provider workspace only for legitimate business activity and will promptly remove access for anyone no longer authorized.
  • The provider is lawfully organized where required and will maintain every license, registration, bond, insurance, disclosure, advertising approval, and professional authorization required for its category and locations.

2. Public-source and unclaimed listings

  • InmateLink may create or maintain an unclaimed listing from official, regulator, first-party business, and other lawful public sources.
  • Claiming a listing grants management access; it does not transfer ownership of InmateLink's page, source record, correction history, or independent editorial fields.
  • A provider may request factual correction and may request removal where law or our published criteria require it. Closing an account does not necessarily require removal of a truthful public-source listing.

3. Accuracy and evidence

  • All submitted names, addresses, service areas, phone numbers, websites, hours, pricing, licenses, credentials, services, logos, photos, and claims must be accurate, current, non-misleading, and supported.
  • You authorize InmateLink to contact official sources and review public evidence to verify a submission. We may omit, label, reject, or remove unsupported or conflicting fields.
  • You must promptly update material changes. A review or badge applies only to the exact fields, evidence, scope, and date described; it is not a general endorsement.

4. Provider content license

  • You retain ownership of provider content you submit and grant InmateLink a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and promote it in connection with the listing and Service.
  • You represent that you own or have permission to use every submitted logo, image, mark, description, testimonial, and document.
  • Private credential or review evidence will not be made public unless you direct us or the feature clearly identifies it as public, but it may be reviewed by authorized personnel and service providers.

5. Reviews, ratings, and fair treatment

  • You may not review yourself or a competitor, buy or fabricate reviews, condition an incentive on positive sentiment, review-gate, intimidate a reviewer, or suppress lawful negative feedback.
  • Payment does not change review moderation, source truth, verification findings, or a third-party rating.
  • A third-party rating, logo, or review may be displayed only with required permission, attribution, and freshness. You may not submit scraped third-party review content as your own.

6. Advertising, placement, and leads

  • Provider advertising is also governed by the Advertising Policy.
  • Sponsored content will be labeled. Purchasing a product does not guarantee publication, rank, impressions, clicks, calls, leads, clients, revenue, exclusivity, or any outcome.
  • You may not generate invalid traffic or leads, misrepresent a promotion, bid on restricted identity terms unlawfully, or target advertising using private custody, case, crisis, treatment, recovery, or health data.

7. Contacts and communications

  • Use inquiries only for the purpose the person requested. Do not sell contact details or add a person to marketing without the consent required by law.
  • Commercial email and text activity must use truthful sender information, required disclosures, a valid address, documented consent where required, and functioning opt-outs.
  • You are solely responsible for your advice, intake, engagement, price, contract, service, regulatory obligations, and communications with a user.

8. Fees and termination

  • Order-specific price, term, renewal, cancellation, and refund disclosures control the purchased service. InmateLink may withhold or end service for nonpayment, policy violations, legal risk, source conflicts, or safety concerns.
  • No fee buys a favorable rating, verified status, false claim, review removal, or control of organic source information.
  • Sections concerning provider content, responsibility, indemnity, disclaimers, limits, and disputes survive termination.

9. Provider responsibility and indemnity

You remain solely responsible for the provider's services and legal compliance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InmateLink LLC from claims arising from the provider, its content, services, licensing, advertising, communications, contracts, staff, or violation of these terms. The disclaimers, liability limits, arbitration, Nevada law, and venue provisions in the Terms of Use apply.

10. Contact and corrections

Use Request a correction for factual listing issues or email support@inmatelink.com. Do not send credentials or identity documents through ordinary email unless instructed through an approved secure workflow.
