Accessibility Statement

InmateLink LLC wants families, providers, and members of the public—including people with disabilities—to be able to use our information and services.

Effective and last updated: August 24, 2026.

1

Our target

  • We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an engineering target for new and materially updated public and account experiences.
  • We test responsive layouts, keyboard access, focus visibility, headings, labels, error messaging, color contrast, zoom and reflow, alternative text, and assistive-technology semantics in proportion to release risk.
  • Accessibility is ongoing. A target is not a claim that every page or third-party integration is fully conformant at every moment.
2

Third-party and legacy content

  • Official-source websites, embedded maps, authentication, payment, media, documents, and other third-party tools may have accessibility features or limits controlled by their providers.
  • Some older InmateLink pages or source documents may not yet meet our current target. We prioritize barriers that block core search, account, directory, legal-information, support, and provider tasks.
3

Request help or an alternative

  • Email support@inmatelink.com with “Accessibility” in the subject, the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier, browser/device, and preferred response method.
  • Do not include passwords, full government identifiers, medical records, or unnecessary case or custody details.
  • Where reasonably possible, we will provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we investigate the barrier.
4

Response and improvement

We will acknowledge accessibility reports, prioritize by impact, investigate, and provide a status or alternative where reasonably possible. Feedback helps us improve our components, testing, content, and vendor requirements.
