  • Do not use directory, custody-adjacent, court, or user-entered information for unlawful discrimination, retaliation, bounty activity, debt collection abuse, or unauthorized background screening.
  • Do not combine InmateLink information with other data to infer health, disability, addiction, victim status, protected class, or intimate personal details for advertising or adverse decisions.
6

Enforcement and reporting

  • We may limit, preserve, remove, investigate, or report content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce policy, comply with law, or protect people and the Service.
  • We consider context, severity, history, source integrity, safety, and applicable law. Where practical, a user may contact support to explain or appeal an enforcement decision.
  • Report misuse or urgent safety concerns to support@inmatelink.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service first.
