Inside Vendor Chat

Keep the details of the conversation together.

Start with a simple question and return to the same conversation when you need to follow up.

Ask before you decide

Ask a participating bail company about its service area, fees, or what to do next.

Follow up in one place

Open Messages in your dashboard to read replies and continue the conversation.

Keep sensitive details out

Use short text questions. Do not send payment details, passwords, private identifiers, or documents.

How it works

Find a company. Ask a question. Check for a reply.

No need to know every detail before making the first useful inquiry.

1

Choose a participating company

Browse bail companies and look for Message company. Not every listing offers messaging.

2

Sign in and send a question

Keep it short and practical. Ask about services or next steps without including sensitive details.

3

Return to Messages

Read replies and send follow-up questions from your signed-in dashboard. Response times depend on the company.

Built for the next step

Spend less time trying to remember what was said.

When there is a lot to handle, a written conversation gives your next question a clear place.

One clear starting question

Ask what you need to know before deciding whether to take the next step.

Context you can return to

Review the conversation instead of relying on what you remember from a call.

A practical follow-up

Use the company's reply to decide what to ask or confirm next.

Make the first inquiry easier.

The Vendor Chat way

  • A conversation in your dashboard
  • Replies and follow-up questions together

Questions families ask

Vendor Chat questions

Who you can message, what you can send, and what to expect.

Who can I message?
Participating bail companies with a Message company button on their listing. Messaging is not available for every provider or service category.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign in to send a private inquiry and return to Messages in your dashboard to read replies or follow up.
Can I send documents or private case details?
Vendor Chat is text only. Links and attachments are blocked. Do not include private inmate identifiers, dates of birth, payment details, passwords, or sensitive case information. Document storage and sharing are separate from this chat.
Will someone reply immediately?
A reply or response time is not guaranteed. The company decides when it can respond. For time-sensitive service questions, use the contact information on its listing. Vendor Chat is not an emergency service.
Does sending a message hire the company?
No. An inquiry does not hire a provider, make a payment, or guarantee a service or outcome. Confirm credentials, terms, fees, and any agreement directly with the company.
