Corrections and Listing Updates
InmateLink accepts correction requests and listing update requests when public information appears inaccurate, stale, incomplete, duplicate, or unsupported.
Email correction requests to support@inmatelink.com with "Correction request" in the subject line.
What can be corrected
- Incorrect provider, facility, court, agency, or organization names.
- Broken URLs, stale website links, outdated phone numbers, outdated addresses, duplicate listings, or mismatched service categories.
- Unsupported credentials, unsupported service descriptions, or claims that should be removed until source review is complete.
What to include
- The InmateLink route or listing URL.
- The exact field that should be reviewed.
- A public source URL that supports the correction when available.
- Your relationship to the listing or issue, such as user, vendor, provider representative, facility staff, court staff, or public reviewer.
How review works
- InmateLink reviews correction requests against source evidence, existing review notes, and safety requirements.
- A correction request may lead to an update, a hidden field, a needs-info status, or no change when the evidence does not support the request.
- Directory information should be verified with the provider, facility, court, or official agency.
- InmateLink does not provide legal advice and cannot resolve disputes that require an attorney, court, regulator, facility, or agency decision.
