Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy provides additional information for consumer health data under laws such as Nevada's consumer health data law and Washington's My Health My Data Act, where applicable.

Consumer health data we may receive
- Health-related needs or support categories a user voluntarily chooses, such as treatment, medication, mental health, recovery, disability, caregiving, or similar information.
- Health-related details included in private plans, notes, support requests, or information another user is authorized to provide.
- Inferences are not intentionally created for advertising or eligibility decisions. General page visits alone are not treated as a diagnosis.
Why we collect and use it
- To provide the private organizational feature or action the user requests.
- To maintain user-directed records, permissions, support, security, and legal compliance.
- For another purpose disclosed at collection with any consent required by law.
How it may be disclosed
- To a person the user affirmatively directs us to share with through a supported feature.
- To service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the requested feature under restrictions appropriate to their role.
- When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety. We do not sell consumer health data and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Consent and sensitive fields
- Where required, InmateLink will obtain consent before collecting or sharing consumer health data beyond what is necessary to provide the user-requested service.
- Do not enter health information about another person without permission and a legitimate purpose.
- Do not place passwords, recovery codes, financial credentials, full government identifiers, private documents, or detailed case or custody records in ordinary LifeLink fields. Current LifeLink is not a password manager or document vault.
Your rights
- Where applicable, you may confirm collection, access the data, obtain a list of relevant recipients, withdraw consent, and request deletion.
- A deletion request may include copies held by processors as required by law, subject to permitted exceptions and backup cycles.
- If a request is denied, you may appeal by replying with “Consumer health data appeal.” We will provide any further regulator contact required by applicable law.

Email support@inmatelink.com or use the Privacy Choices page. Identify your state, account email, request, and the relevant feature. We may verify identity and authority before acting.
HIPAA boundary and changes
InmateLink does not claim that it is a HIPAA-covered entity or that all information entered into the Service is protected by HIPAA. Other consumer privacy and breach-notification laws may apply. We will post material changes to this policy and obtain consent where required before materially changing how consumer health data is collected, used, or shared.
