InmateLink can help organize a next step, but it cannot dispatch help, monitor danger, or replace an emergency, court, facility, medical, or legal service.

Immediate danger
- Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number if anyone is in immediate danger.
- Call or text 988 in the United States for suicide or mental-health crisis support.
- Contact the responsible court, facility, law-enforcement agency, lawyer, bail authority, or medical professional directly for time-sensitive official action.

What InmateLink cannot do
- InmateLink does not monitor accounts, messages, plans, custody, court dockets, emergencies, or a person's wellbeing in real time.
- A saved record, invitation, message, checklist, date, or alert is not proof of notice and does not trigger a government, court, facility, professional, or emergency response.
- InmateLink cannot guarantee confidentiality, delivery, availability, release, safety, or an outcome.

Protect sensitive information
- Use official contact methods before sharing money, identification, case information, health information, or credentials.
- Do not put passwords, access codes, financial credentials, full government identifiers, private documents, or detailed custody or case records in ordinary notes, chats, or unsupported fields.
- On shared devices, sign out and clear browser-only drafts or saved preferences when appropriate.

Report abuse
Report threats, impersonation, stalking, exploitation, fraud, dangerous content, account compromise, or privacy concerns through Support or support@inmatelink.com. Do not delay contacting emergency services while waiting for InmateLink.
