Question 14

Can I send books directly from online retailers like Amazon?

Accepted Answer

Most facilities require books and magazines to be sent through approved vendors like InmateLink rather than directly from retailers. This ensures proper screening and compliance with facility policies. InmateLink's service eliminates the risk of rejected shipments and provides a more reliable delivery process.

Question 15

Can I request specific books that aren't in your catalog?

Accepted Answer

Yes! InmateLink can source specific books and materials upon request. We'll research availability, verify facility approval, and provide cost estimates for custom orders. This service is particularly valuable for specialized educational materials, professional development books, or specific titles requested by inmates.

Question 16

Are there limits on how many books I can send at once?
